It
has been six months since we have an AMC with ITSG for our IT products.
We are happy with the response and services we are getting. I mean,
we had AMCs earlier also, but the vendors simply did not keep their
promises. This has not been so with ITSG. Moreover, the customer care
is excellent right from the time of logging a call to the call closure.
Our expectations have been met for the first time.

30 PC network was giving us a hard time with the Network being very
slow and connectivity problems were so frequent that most of our productive
time was lost in troubleshooting and correcting these problems. ITSG
not only streamlined our existing network but we also got the Network
expanded to 80 computers by them which is performing excellent without
any problems.

SG was looking after our IT Facility management at the Copmany's Gurgaon
office. They had really streamlined the things there and their help
desk was nice. Even back home at the US, I feel there is some company
like ITSG who could take care of our IT needs here.

Disaster
stuck us when we lost crucial data due to our server hard disk crash.
Thanks to ITSG, the data recovery was nearly 100%, and we were saved
of a big crisis.
